You are right,it is sometimes not funny anymore,so many fakes.
But therefor this here is good thing,in doubt you can ask,and even if you are sure you can use it as proof.
Some keep saying it's real for sure, and with a few comments from forum's like this one has a stronger case.
But as long as there are people who are out for easy money.............
Well we all know that already.
Thank you guys for your help.
    It is very use-full.

Zinc pest is a metal disease along with poor quality photos that auction houses and scammers are using to push their crap through forums like this. The real disease anymore has become a market by using poor photos by attracting the lesser knowledgeable .

Low light..blued and blurred photos have become rampant lately on alot of dagger pics it seems..which makes a fake dagger look half decent from a distance...I recently had a guy send me pics of this same dagger but of greater poor quality.

Again I must reiterate the WRFs position here that we are not an authentication / detective service here to sift through what might or might not be. Im seriously contemplating closing threads from the start and have no ones time wasted on what I detailed above in the photo quality of pics...until better photos are acquired.

If this is all that an auction house has to offer in photo quality..my advice to those buyers is to walk away..before your wallet walks away in the same blurry disillusionment. Dont waste your time on auction houses and dealers who practice this kind of deceit. The struggle is with them..is that they cant seem to fake a dagger anymore with sharp minds as our members here..so in turn in a panic..the fake and alter the photos instead. They " Disneyfi "

The thought process of this trash... as are those people whose goal is to deceive.

I can only urge and suggest to our members here to request greater quality photos and not fall victim..to the phrase.. " These are all the photos that were given ".....and if thats the case the reply to the OP should be... " Please acquire better photos ...this is all the information I have to give " !

From Zinc Pest to Lazy or scammer pest ...you are correct gwzglasinhood its not funny anymore.

Try turning in a sloppily written home work assignment to a teacher..and s/he will hand it back to you and tell you to rewrite it.

    Regards Larry
