A poor fake.

Details are soft; the design of the Death's Head is wrong, and it is too large.

The inscription is wrong, too: On all originals, it is "S. lb. [surname] [date] H. Himmler" (no "SS", first name initial or additional markings), and the award date of 12 November didn't exist, either.
