I was wrong, the date is 06, it is just 6.
And yes, the skull looks be to a separate piece. There is nothing that is clearly a seam in the front, inside of the ring. There are several scratches and what looks like a seam just to one side of the skull on the back of the ring.
To reiterate....the ring is an absolute Fake and is totally Worthless.
