I need your opinion about this ring.It is handmade,do not looks like it has been casted,but I do not know,can it be from 1938 or some later fantasy fake?
Around the ring are the same simbols.

It looks like it was done with a laser to me.
Ok,more photos.
The first photo of the ruins, see how the bottom has heavy burn lines.
Done by a laser, originals would be hand cut using a chisel.
Sorry for the bad news, welcome to the forum.
I think it's engraving,and they used some black varnish to make a contrast. The varnish fills engraved parts.
Either way, poorly executed and with design flaws all the way around, drunken jewelers son or novice project by weekend warrior.. The only relation to Third Reich is S.S. Runes and the Swaz. IMO, Thanks for showing. G P.S. Welcome to the Forum !!

Just thought may be it made some soldier as a present for his girlfriend at that time.

Not very ladylike IMO.
The burn lines are a very bad sign too as already pointed out and the bad quality of the engravings especially the number "8".
