This ring got to the seller together with German rings. Sorry for the bad photos. Whose is the coat of arms? What time ring? Thanks in advance.

This is a typical older french coat of arms ring. I think 30ies/40ies.
These are a kind of souvenir-rings. Often seen with different coat of arms. Usually the coat of arms of a city or a region/area.

I bet outside the band are 2 little hallmarks. The french "boar-head" for small silver items and a manufacturers mark.
Looks like a nice period ring!

I don`t understand.
This basque people live at the border-area between spain and france, so there is no problem in a french made ring.

Sorry, i didn`t made a researching in this coat of arms. But i think a region in northern france.
