I agree, I have emailed andy and have got nothing but forthright information from him. I am looking for a ring, regardless of condition, that belonged to a combat soldier. As an infantryman I have the upmost respect for any man who would put his life on the line for his nation and cause even if that cause was as evil and twisted as the Third Reichs. POGs (personelle other than grunt) dont interest me, though their contributions to the war effort are obviously vast.

Hi James, welcome to the Forum. I have edited your post - there is
a Classifieds section here as well. Please use this for sales.
Also, it's not a good idea to post personal information.

Probably better to post some pics here too James, as your
ring could be anything - genuine original, fake, junk,
    non Third Reich, etc..........
    Regards,

    Steve.

Hey Guy's, I am looking for a decent priced Honor Ring. Unfortunately I am a student and because of that i cant afford spending 10'000 euro's on a Ring. So I would be glad to get any tips where to find some cheaper and where to look for one in general. I also own a private collection by now featuring some different steel helmets, bayonets and my gradfathers P08.
However there is still this "small valuable" extra missing and i think the honor ring is that piece that makes my collection a lot better.
    Thanks Guys

Yes, lots of cheap ones that are 100% fake ^^
I think ebay is only good for certain things, it's true you can actually find good condition original world war 2 relics on there, but the percentage you find that on ebay is very, very low unfortunatly.

Hey man thx for the reply,
But i gotta say you do can find rings like that way under 8k.
    2 examples:
Third Reich Period Jewelry - Military Schirmmtze | German Officer Cap
    Totenkopf Ring, Lingelbach

You just need to pick the opportunity's and be lucky than it is possible but yes it's not that easy.
