Ouch.
Very hard to nearly impossible with this pics.
More and clear one could maybe help, but this ring has in my opinion good chances.

The enamel
Is it in the Areas of damages very glasy and transparent with nearly no colour in it?

My initial impression of it, is that I'm not liking it. The runes are somewhat misshapen and the amount of wear of it overall looks to be Extremely heavy-Too heavy. It's artificially over-aged, in my opinion.

I'm agree with Mr. Wagriff. Ring looks aged and runes misshapen

Buy it... backing up. What is the material around the runics? and what is the price?. If that is enamel you should walk, if its not enamel than you need to know.

I've been told it's enamel. He wants me to make an offer. I've also felt there was just too much wear on the sides. I don't think it's one I want to invest in.
