Strange totenkopfrings

Now That should be interesting! If it turns out as nice looking as Odal's ring looks,I think I'd have the others done as well! Be sure to keep us posted and show us the final outcome!

Well, she is an older lady, has been a silversmith for 40 years and knows a lot about the old time silversmith skills and different metals. This is actually the first time I have ever seen die struck aluminium ring and I'm not too sure how to bend it and make a real ring. I also called her but she said she has not ever seen such ring before and that she does not know anything about aluminium was used to produce any rings. But we will see, I hope she is back somewhere in August. As I have more than 1 ring, I can at least try:-)
