On the first view it looks like a US B42 bomber, but this inscripiton?????by SpitfireVb
It's a B-24 Liberator 4 engine twin tail fin bomber. They were first built in the huge Willow Run Ford Plant in Ypsilanti Michigan in 1942. It's a great ring and I wouldn't mind having one myself!
