Here's an RAD ring I found that sold on WAF. It looks to be the same base metal as this WH ring....

I don't know, maybe it's okay...

If that is, indeed, Not solid silver and is a plated base coat metal ring, then I am not seeing anything that is saying that it's bad. As said, the design is good looking, but what looks to be 2 hallmarks inside the band could possibly be simply discoloration spots.

Thanks for the feedback William. Maybe it's worth seeing in hand? Since it's in the US, it's easy to return it...

I guess it's moot, the ring sold already. Thanks for the info anyway guys. It's never a loss when you come away a little wiser.
