This I was told is a Warsaw Ghetto Armband. Is this real? Look Original?

The armbands of the various ghetto establishments of the Nazi period vary quite significantly. Spend some time researching the archives of institutions such as the USHMM, or indeed, if possible visit the museums and view them in person. Example shown above does not match any period type that I am familiar with.

Carl, is there any good online reference source for images of original ghetto and KL insignia?
I know there is a large armband reference online, but it seems to have many Fakes shown.

I would suggest taking your time - as is always the best way with study of any area of period artifacts, to look at the online archives of USHMM or Yad Vashem for example. I've linked one such site below as a good place to start:

Obviously, an in person visit is the best way forward as nothing compares to handing the artifact in person. This is, however, not always possible but when it is, most of the major concentration camp museum sites have a selection available either within their permanent exhibit area of their archives.
