    Hi
Thanks to all of you for fast responses.
I also thought its a fake. I've seen all pics of such cuff titles in the forum, but this RZM type is still hard for me to understand.
I guess its collector's fate - always fighting fakes.

    Cheers

    George
The embroidery in the fakes of this RZM type with the grey silk thread is very distinct in a real cuff title, and this thingy was junky. Nor were the letter formed properly.

They are superb examples and the SS-Hauptamt is one to be deservedly proud of.

about a cuff title in classifieds sectionabout a cuff title in classifieds sectionHere are two nice, real so called RZM ones from Whammond's site. We thank him for his signal service to collectors.
Of course, most of these were marked by the RZM etc in some way.
These are machine embroidered in grey silk thread.
Bob Hirtz and Bob Coleman can really speak to this agenda, as I do not actually collect these.

Thank you. David Delich made clear to me why I should buy it, in fact.

I believe this title is just a bit of a different variation but original, not a common one but I have seen a few including mint and worn examples. Some collectors do not like it but some had no problem with it including Bob Hritz, Tony Barto, Gary Wood, Jim Toncar, etc.

This site profited greatly from Bob Hritz's able guidance in the past, but he does not appear to post here any more. I do not collect such cuff titles, however, I am sure we would all be grateful if you would post some visual evidence in this connection.
