Thanks for all the great feedback everyone, and for clarifying your meaning Friedrich. Never doubted you, simply wanted to clarify the meaning in your initial reply.
probably a 70s fake.
I also have no right in any way to expect that persons already know what some of us know, but we have been over the same ground so often
that I easily forget what a new person might perceive. My impatience is my failing, made worse by my incapacity to adjust to the 21st century.
--- a crime of which I am wholly guilty.
Thanks to David Delich for his wonderful help with our labor. He is a real champ. And to so many others, whom I have forgotten.

Hi, a little, or lot, of research can go a long way. All I truly can say I know, Ive learned from people such as FB, Ade and Stonemint, and a library of reference books. Maybe a bad decision on my part or maybe the hobby found me, but Im in it now and learning something I was not aware of yesterday gives me that "feeling".
Yep agree with good ole FB nein...
When Ade asked me to come over to this site, I immediately asked FB to join our jolly group. He has been a great asset to this site and serious collectors everywhere. As FB mentioned, at times, it is tiresome to go over the same material and we older guys get a little grumpy easier. I must agree that this is a poor fake.

Well I must admit that I looked at this fake and had a smirk look on my face, and I,m not being flippant or big headed, its just that the amount of knowledge Ive gained over the years was expanded greatly through people like FB, seeing all the uniforms that he owns, the caps, and insignias, have been of so much help over the years since I,ve been on this forum, and although we all get a little disallusioned having to repeat ourselves time and time again, I still enjoy the advices given from the more experienced collectors and your never to old to learn , so thankyou to all the members who specialise in certain subjects, its invaluable information and protects the less experienced collector from making costly mistakes
