Unfortunately that's a very crude fake.

Do a forum search to see some genuine examples to compare by, you'll never fall for one like that again.

Also, I just have to add that there is no such thing as an "allgemeine ring"; the Totenkopfring der SS was bestowed on members of all branches of the SS.
