Another silver-grey BEVO sleeve eagle manufacturing Date?

Hi all,
I've got this silver-grey SS Bevo armeagle these days, I'm quite sure its a nice original one but
its rather a less common type I think. I always wanted to know if there is a possibility to date these
specific types of Bevo sleeve eagles???
There are more white and more greyish Bevo sleeve eagles and of course they do not have all
the same details.
This one I have on hand is more greyish, so my guess would be around 1942, I've seen the white
Bevo eagles more often on M43 tunics, so later war.
Please share your opinions and your more experienced knowledge on this topic with me

This is a second eagle I have in my collection, imo its a more common Bevo type,
its a bit lighter in colour, a bit more white but still grey

I know that the first eagle a less encountered type then the second, but you know that already.

Perhaps somebody could date them with the help of poriod portrait fotos, perhaps the specific eagle can be seen on a specific tunic, M40 type etc.?
Would be nice if somebody would have some period needle-sharp photographs to share?
