Does anyone here recognize it and who would it belong to.

Great collection, as far as it is possible to see. But as soon as I saw this collecting room, I started sneezing like hell

No, Lemmy's was crammed all through out his small apartment in L.A. If you watch the Lemmy documentary, "Lemmy: 49% motherf**ker. 51% son of a bitch" ,that came out several years ago, you can see lots of it in the background shots during interviews in his apartment. He also has a room he shows that has an entire wall of SA and SS daggers, he shares a Damascus Luftwaffe sword with the camera also.
