I have this exact eagle in sandy-gold. Even the tiny holes in the swastika match up. Also has the fat body and single talon/claw design. Oh, and the swastika and wreath are also oblong/oval shaped (stretched?) horizontally, same as the one in the photo from the book. Flat topped, square top-back corner "hammer (eagle) head" too with slash eye. I can only assume they were made on the same machine. This photo is the only other eagle of this exact type I have ever seen and I am very interested to know If mine is the real deal and if it truly is of Belgian origin. I will try to take a quality photograph later today and upload it for y'all's expert opinions.

This is what the back looks like too. No large loops of thread around the edges like most originals. But I still would like to know if these are fakes, then where and when were they made and by who?
