It is a hobby horse of mine about black uniforms, since much of the collector shibbobleth suggests they were all pulped and such, but plainly, they were still around in dribs and drabs. The fate of Slowakei and Tsechei is also one of my hobby horses, as well.by Adrian Stevenson
