I don't trust it, but the seller claims he owns it more than 20 years and bought it from a veteran in USA.

This item maybe a redyed Bundesgrenzschutz uniform from the early FRG. I am not sure.
It does look quite right as you show it.

Here is the configuration of tailor's label and RZM tag as found in a real object.

I should have said supplier as I doubt the firm was/is? a manufacturer.

I do not use my RZM book very much, because it is elderly, but one can easily check if such a firm was in the list.

Just an observation but had it been dyed, wouldn't the label and sleeve lining be dyed as well?

The sleeve lining is often added after dyeing and the label, ditto.

Point taken and the way the sleeve lining is attached doesn't inspire confidence.
