I'm no expert, but the Sigrunen look a bit thin and ugly sewn IMO. For me are the runes a red flag.

I've seen the arm eagle before, with the wings pointed downwards, I believe in that thread, we came to the conclusion, based on the wings pointing downwards, that it was a copy.
