First off, the set is backwards. They appear to be copying the above Latvian produced example. My knowledge is limited on these, but what alarms me is the piping on the boarders. When considering the timeline of SS regulations, it doesn't make sense to find them on Latvian examples. I don't know how many of these foreign variants were produced or when, so I will reserve judgement. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.
Looking closer, Imo the tabs you posted are a fake example one can find on Ioffer. The reverse would confirm this of course.

as it the case with harryamb2, i would not own these examples.
youthcollector1 provides reasons... one obvious and the other not so obvious.
Straight away its clear the alignment of the runes is wrong
