Yes its NOT real but the term "FAKE" needs to be qualified.
The dictionary definition of Fake is "an object that is made to look real or valuable in order to deceive people" whereas a Reproduction is "the action of copying or reproducing something"
Therefore everything starts out as a reproduction ( as this one from the 1970's-80's is ) and remains so IF - and only IF - it is marketed and sold as such. It immediately becomes a 'Fake' if it is sold as original.
Some may say, "yes but that is a moot point" , however valid reproductions of ALL things exist in harmony with the cosmos - it is when the greed of man misrepresents them as something they are NOT that they become the abhorrent creations of the swill buckets of society ........!!
In the antiques business, reproductions of lots of things are still valid ( and collectable ) - take Toby jugs & Jacobean revival barley twist furniture from the 1930's for example.......

Very subtle and wise analysis.
