I'm afraid not HPL, the photo must be from 1935 if a Sturmbann Dachau collar patch is still being worn and the SS-Übungslager Dachau cuff title was not introduced until 1937.

The grimacing personage with the "D" on the collar also has the 1927 cap badge, ergo prior to the introduction of the later cap badge.

as far as I know is it a Kragenspiegel related to the SS-Sturmbann in Dachau 1933/4 prior to the establishment of new Kragenspiegel. The men from the SS-Sturmbann were the first full-time guards in concentration camp Dachau.
