Are there specific factors which determine this a fake? I have trouble identifying RZM Cufftitles as originals.

Beware,though, that SS cuff titles almost Need to have superb provenances to them. People like Ken Lane in the 60's made stunningly superb pieces using the original set ups. Today, nearly 50 years or more later, they are horrifically difficult to differentiate.
