The piece may be authentic, but I would have to examine it...in hand and in detail.

While all the elements appear to be correct this cap just doesn't seem to "come together" well. It may simply be that its warped out of shape and needs re-blocking, but as F-B says, it needs inspecting in-hand...

Arran is a very refined expert. The shape of thing is off, but you never know. I would have to examine it with a loupe.
