I bumped an old "Delich Treasures" post , it shows a couple original SS examples.

Some of the lions shown here were made in this " cut-out " way ( collectie Luc ) .
If they were intended for the Legion or Flemish youth I will gladly leave to members more knowledgeable on Flemish insignia .
The Dutch flag however , also saw multiple uses throughout the war ..

Many thanks for showing the pictures. One or two of those in the second picture look basic in their construction, rather similar to the one I illustrated. Kind regards, Malcolm.
