    Hello All,

    What's the general opinion on this tunic? I feel there's something off about it but figured I'd post it see what I can learn.

    I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum, but I'm posting it here due to the remnants if what looks to be a cuff title and

    volunteer shield on the sleeve.

    It's original Heeres German M 40, postwar stripped, repainted and re-issued by Finnish forest service tunics. The paint removed to it's original color

    I had no idea the Finns re-purposed German uniforms after the war.

    I think Dimas' reply lost a bit in translation.

    What he means is the tunic was dyed postwar and then washed to remove the dye.
