Or, the sense of entitlement in this brave, new world means that unseen persons bark orders at us saps like we were waiters in some dining room in a slap stick comedy hotel for madmen.

Then post an example such as that person did. Hard to critic something if it doesn't exist.

Exercise some effort friend and follow the good advice already given to you in the previous posts. You are certainly are not the first or the last person to ask for such a breakdown on these cap insignia. Remember the greater your effort the sweeter the reward.
