I'm not an expert, but I think the blue of the french flag is a bit too light. And I didn't see often volonteer shields with a "border" between the flag and the black.
Only my opinion. I hope an expert can answer clearly.

Eagle looks like it may be a repro the backing material matches another repro that was posted on here, not sure on the first shield but I have my doubts on the two
