Here is MG box for the tools /parts. Marked by it's owner with personal data from Erkennungsmarke ( firstly the owner served in 3.(E) SS -"D" with personal number 2, then moved to 1.(E) SS- "D" with personal number 2167
White stripe arounfd the box show it contain the parts/tools inside
Big ghotic letter "E" may mean the Ergänzungs

Found in Estonia, I think combat of 1944 , replacement for Wiking or Nordland
