I found this Image~
Designed in 1945 by Alexander Dolezalek.
This is the well-known "SS-Hauptamt map" illustrating the collar patches and nationality insignes for foreign volunteers.
The authenticity of the map is disputed; some assume it to be authentic, others are convinced it is actually a post-war fabrication.
It certainly contains insignia for formations that had already ceased to exist in 1945, such as the 23. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS "Kama" (Kroatische Nr. 2) or the 29. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS (Russische Nr. 1).

I noticed that aswell, when I saw the image I thought it was postwar done. I was a bit confused when I saw some insignia that as you say eased to exist in 1945, and the discription said it was made in 1945.
Here is where I found it ~
"AXIS & FOREIGN LEGION MILITARIA" - Axis & Legion Militaria
Cheers, Patrick
