Very nice collection of skulls! There's a funny looking Belgian variation for sale at Hannahs Reich....1250 pounds buys a lot of other badges!
Cheers,
Pieter

Pieter, the rare Belgium made ss skull used to be mine, before I sold it to a UK friend. I used to own 4 of these and trust me that these ugly looking skulls are rare as hence teeth.
Belgium made machine woven ss cap skull and eagle set ( mint )
@ Winkelman, thanks for posting that picture
@ Kurt, I am not done collecting all the bevo variations, there are still more out there. And before going to collect the bevo skull tabs, I will have to add other skulls that are still on my wishlist!
By funny looking I did NOT mean I don't trust it , I don't really collect ss so I would never make a statement like that. Love the skulls, but way out of my league. I am however looking for an original ss medical raute for officers.....but that's a different thread.
groeten van Pieter
They are all superb & i would love them in my cabinet
Hi All,
Recently acquired this tropical skull. Would like to hear your opinion on this particular piece, but main reason for posting is a question on material. What fabric was used for these types of insignias? Is it silk, artificial silk, rayon, something else?
Think the best way to preserve is to frame with acid free backing. I have both buffered and unbuffered backing, but buffered material is not recommended for proteine-based fabric (wool, silk, leather).

Bas
It looks good to me as I owned one just like it! It has the droopy eye and the right number of teeth. IMO. Let Bill tell it.Here's my last BeVo Skull buy.Sorry if if you feel I'm intruding on your thread, But "Let there be Skulls!"
~Dean
Does anyone have an opinion on this one?It looks bad to me IMO.
Dean,
No problem you posting here! In fact that's what this thread is all about. The last skull you posted is bad to the bone ;-)
Some really nice looking bevos posted here.
