NCO wears Officer belt buckle???

Hi Gents,
I don`t understand the uniform of this soldier. For me its a Hauptscharführer, but he wears a officer cap and belt buckle. Is this possible a Standartenjunker???

Hi Nikolaus, he was a SS Standartenoberjunker, who were allowed to wear Officers cap cords, belt etc.

SS officer candidate rank: SS enlisted equivalent
