This isn't SS , it is NS-Reichskriegerbund .
Ha thanks Chris. I have never seen this type of cuff.
Ron.
No problem , I hope you didn't pay SS prices for it .
The TR used many cuff titles , Luftwaffe to HJ .
I'm sure yours is collectable but not near the price of an SS item .
Sorry to tell you the news .
Hi Chris,
No I didn't buy it. A coleague of mine came with this he has 4 of them. I've never seen a cuff like this so that's the reason
why I placed this here.
Thanks.
Ron
This is what an Allgemeine SS Oberabschnitt (Wehrkreis area of operations...) cuff title looks like on a black cuff and a tunic, to boot.

It is not mine.
Here is a real Standarte cuff title on a cuff......It is the tunic of the commander of the Sta 19.
It is likely a "1" than had its embroidery embellished in early 1935, but that's just a theory.

They are actually fairly common. For a little more info, have a look at these two threads:
Nordwest cuff title question
SS Alpenland armelband
They also include lists of these cuff titles.
It is worth noting that most of the NS-RKB's districts bore designations that were also used for SS-Oberabschnitte (which was probably not a coincidence given the close ties between these two organisations) but the NS-RKB cuff titles are instantly recognizable by the crossed swords.
