Really bad.
that's one way of putting it.
Now that is one spectacularly bad fake of an SS Brigadeführer collar patch.
Hideously poor, clumsy and asymmetric embroidery done in a bizarre two-tone style, wrong material, poor piping... And a simply appalling label. (Not only does it not look anything like a real one; the fakers didn't even manage to get their spelling right: "Befohlene Austührung" instead of "befohlene Ausführung"!)

you need to put some real distance between yourself and the source of these items.
Thank you guys.. i'm terrified ... I'm glad I didn't pay much for these things. Had I paid real pricing... OUCH!
How funny that they even got the german spelling wrong...must be out of China or Pakistan.
If you're a beginning collector, it may not be wise to start with the high end stuff...definitely check here first as there are some very smart and helpful folks on this forum!
