opinion on this Bevo sleeve eagle

Looks like a repro. I do not like how the beak touches the wing and the shape of the head and body. I could very well be wrong, so let a more seasoned collector comment before disregarding.

Eagle appears to be original. Is the eagle gray or gold tinted? I would not expect a tropicsl (gold tinted) eagle on feldgrau material.
