Sorry. No.
Imo not even good enough for reënactment.

As it is black, this would not be an Artillery wrap, it would be only for Panzer.
The collar tab is not only incorrect for this side of the collar, it would not be for this wrap at all, (no sleeve eagle).
I will leave the rest of the cloth for the uniform collectors to help.
Can you tell us where you purchased it?

The pictures I took are of poor quality and the lighting is not very good at all. The jacket is green not black. I’m not sure if this changes any opinions but I am sure that most of the insignia are fake.

Did you took the time to search the forum here and to compare this thing with an original BLACK panzer wrapper???

In future, do not purchase something before doing any research on it. Before pulling the trigger, post it on the forum. You'll get many valuable opinions, as you have here, without having to first waste a great deal of money.
