The only SS items I have at the moment are these medical boards, 2 ärmelrauten and an eagle.

I realize this panoptikum might violate the guidelines, but I do not stint with pictures.

Postscriptum: The Google cosmos seems to reveal that our site here is the leading locale of authentic images. When I look through the image cross section for other things, the heaps of fakes and dicey things are very noteworthy. The accomplishment is Adrian's and his band of fine moderators who in four years have built a fine and workable site.

Thank you. I know that others actually have much better material, but they do not post. That is their choice. Once more, I include this from colleague Delich when I was a wee pup to underscore my own motivation for posting images, so as to remind younger persons that, in the past, there were no images to speak of.

Or, I should say, what existed was but a tiny fraction of what one can see today.

Ergo, my motivation so as to stimulate others.

There are many logical and entirely appropriate reasons to refrain from sharing this material on line, I just choose to ignore them out of a naive belief in education.
