I do not know if the owner was in the Waffen SS or not, but the cap is field grey.

This cap was formerly mine, but now happily resides in Norway, apparently.

I am glad its new owner has joy in it. I found it in Vienna in 1998.

I do not really collect Waffen SS material, but I do have some SSVT and SSTV things, which should count too, as they were the constituent organizations whence arose the Waffen SS.
