it looks good to me but, I believe a party armband.

Looks like a good one to me, this my particular favorite style of armband. But it is not SS, for it to be an SS it would need two black lines on it, but the construction are the same as this one. Not all of these became SS armbands.

Sorry for posting in the wrong place, and thanks for the comments. Only reason I wanted to get it checked out because of the stitching. Is that just from wear? Also, where would I post other types of armbands?

Not true, there were ss armband without the black lines. However, I agree that this is an original party armband, not ss.

Ok thanks for the clarification, I did not know that. Would those ones be the armbands without the line but with the SS tag inside?

Yes. They were though to be used for greatcoats for sometime. However, many experts believe that untrue now. Use still unknown what use they had from what I know.
