red fez to ID

This fez wasn't sold as an original WW2 one and I think it stands no chance as well. It looks anyway worn and it was fixed in some points. Could it be theater stuff or for civilian use? It show the sign of a german eagle ( look more like an army one), but once again it is not credible.

yep sure, I also don't think its a ww2 military fez. I am just wondering if this might be anyway period or pre ww2, for civilian use
