Hi Jo, from what I can see here it could all be OK.

The Reinhard Heydrich cuff title in Officers "flatwire" version is quite rare to find.

BTW, not saying this tunic actually belonged to this Officer who won the Knights Cross.....

That is not Heydrich's tunic, as it is the rank of an SS-Haupsturmfuhrer ( Captain ) , and we all know that Heydrich was at the rank of SS-Obergruppenführer ( General ).

Hi Operaman, no, the tunic is for a Hauptsturmfuhrer in SS Gebirgsjäger Regiment 11 "Reinhard Heydrich". The regt was simply named after him. They were part of 6th SS Gebirgsjäger Division "Nord".
