I would add that I have encountered the RZM stamp, as commonly found on the the reverse of the peak, stamped upon an ersatz chin strap. It was my first black visor and it was, unquestionably, a fake.

I am not at ease with these specific stamps appearing on the reverse of the chin strap, of course, that is likely a secondary effect of the forehead pressure caused by this early mistake in my collecting.
