    Eva Braun filmed him both in black and white and in colour in her home movies.
    There are of course numerous of other SS uniforms, other uniforms and intersting men in these films.

    I have never seen pictures of his wife before. She was a very attractive woman.

    It looks like Gen Gille, head of the WIKING Div (5th SS) in the Greek surrender picture

    The black leather overcoat Dietrich is wearing in post #11 was brought back from the Obersalzburg house by the same soldier who brought back the gray field leather overcoat with shoulder insignia I obtained from the vet in 1974. Unfortunately, he donated it to the same church charity sale the year prior to the gray coat where it was sold as used clothing.
