I do not have any idea what others do think about this cuffband,
but in my opinion the SS-Postschutz had a black cuffband and
    was not edged.

This photo is taken from the Internet:

I cannot comment on authenticity, but if it is real, it is an oddity:

The "SS-Postschutz" cuff title was introduced after the Postschutz organisation was incorporated into the Allgemeine SS on 1 May 1942 and became the SS-Postschutz.

After this takeover, personnel serving outside the borders of the Reich wore the field grey uniform of the Waffen-SS, while those serving in domestic areas wore the black SS service dress (the latter in particular was apparently quite unpopular with many Postschutz members), although in both cases with standard Allgemeine SS badges and the special cuff title as a distinctive insignia.

Normally, that cuff title was black (which, obviously, was also the color of the collar patches etc.) I have never seen it in another color.

I've never seen one on green, but I have seen an example with edging like that above. Take some time to compare the embroidery on this green version with that on a known original and I'm sure you'll get some answers...

There is a black one at German War Booty. If you need one for comparison. I have never seen a green one before.

Looks like soutache sewn to create a border.

Here is a black one. For what reason the SS-Postschutz
would have worn green? Yes, after 40 years I know a
lot is possible. But the edge bothers me. But just my
    opinion.
I know some concerns in Germany that would make
a duplicate for less then 30,- euro.

Personally, I don't care for the way the edging was applied-not very well done at all.
