The tag is poorly printed. Compare your tag with the tag on the armband that started this thread. In that image you will find your answer.

gday i was just researching my armband and found this thread...very interesting discussion. anyway heres my armband for reference that looks like the first one posted.
i thought it was a nasdap armband with a fake paper tag but now who knows?
hopefully original, i ran a blacklight over it and it looks ok in that respect
