I am by no means an expert on armbands, but this one doesn't look good to me.

Since I received so much guff with another arm band here, I hesitated to write something.

After all, the knowledge in these things is not generalized.

This item is a hybrid of the cotton and the wool item, and as such it strikes me as a new model fake that it trying out for big time.

You want something more like this.

When looking to purchase an item such as this...stick to the basic, common, collector accepted version...as shown above. There are no "bargains" on these bands. If you want a real one, save a bit & purchase from a reputable source. There are many available that don't need to be questioned and or scrutinized.
