That circular stamp is usually a dead giveaway for me... Man, that is one ugly attempt at an RZM tag, too!
SS Kampfbinde are not particularly rare, if you are inclined to be patient a decent example will no doubt present itself in due course. I waited around 6 months before finding a piece which ticked all my boxes.
