hi Andrew I've never seen anything quite like it, but i would say it is a fantasy piece, just look at the shape of the runes, not good IMO

I have some concerns over the badge shown firstly I do not like the number designation, the slash is usually longer, and secondly, all the ones i have seen that are deemed as real have the back pins angle set the other way? And I can't see the usual die flaw often seen in originals

I'm not an expert, so it will be interesting to hear what the real experts think, just my tuppence worth

If it helps anyone, the pins go in either direction - one on the right pointing left and one on the left pointing right. Hopefully this picture will help.
