They look like belt ramp devices for the tunic-

I agree with the above statement. These are clips which were produced for the tunic to secure the owners belt on the back-side. They are definitely not helmet cover clips.
I'm not sure if they are original, but must admit, although the markings look quite poor, everything else appears to be in order. Possibly the marking were added post-war?
Thank you guys for all your replies ! I learned sth new today. I do believe these clips are genuine but the markings are the biggest concern to me...They look a little bit dimmed,and as youthcollector1 said possibly they were added post war....so the main question here is...Are these SS markings good or bad?
Your asking a bunch of helmet guys a uniform accessory question. Post them in the SS uniform section and await a reply from F-B.
